This morning just after 1am, Millwood FD was dispatched with Chappaqua Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Westchester EMS 45M1 to a reported car vs. tree motor vehicle accident on Saw Mill River Road. Car 2253 (Chief Nestro) confirmed the location and nature of the accident with one patient out of the vehicle. Rescue 36 and Engine 248 arrived on scene and secured the vehicle while CVAC and 45M1 worked on patient care. Units were back in service within an hour.
