At approximately 00:30 HRS Briarcliff FD was dispatched to an automatic alarm at Flames Steak House on North State Road. On arrival Car 2052 found smoke throughout the structure and requested 1 ladder from Ossining. Upon further investigation 2052 transmitted the 10-75 which brought an additional Engine from Ossining, a Ladder from Millwood, and Croton's FAST/Rescue 18. Chappaqua and Pleasantville provided the relocates. The fire originated in a partition wall behind a stove in the kitchen and was knocked down quickly. Companies opened up to check for extension ( negative ) and the entire structure was ventilated.
