Our beautiful Station 1 has won another architectural award! Since winning the 2016 Brick Industry Association Brick in Architecture Best in Class Award for Municipal/Government and the 2016 Firehouse Magazine Station Design Award for Volunteer/Combination departments, our Station 1 has won the 2017 FIERO Fire Station Design Honor Award, the top award from the FIERO (Fire Industry Education Resource Organization) Fire Station Design Symposium. This award is presented to, "those projects for which all six jurors agree the project exemplifies excellence in all aspects of planning and design including site plan, floor plan(s), and architectural image."
