Millwood FD's First Annual Inspection in 2 Years

May 2, 2022

After taking a hiatus for 2 years due to the pandemic, Millwood FD was finally able to hold our annual Inspection Saturday night. Members were thrilled to celebrate our fire company and officers after 3 busy weeks of cleaning our apparatus and stations. After lineup and the introduction of fire company officers and district board members, it was time to present awards. Congratulations to the following award winners:

2021 Firefighter of the Year: Firefighter Will Fields
2021 Most Drills: Firefighter and Commissioner Dan Puszka
2021: Most Alarms: Vice President Scott Stein
2021 Rookies of the Year: Firefighters Nicole Dorst and Jack Glasser
2022 Most Clean-Up Hours: Firefighter Liz Raguso

After these awards were handed out, Firefighter Sal Santucci was honored for his 30 years of service to the Millwood Fire Co. #1.

We would like to thank all of our distinguished guests for attending this great event, and also thank our members for their continued dedication to the community during the challenging past 2 years.
