Yesterday evening, Millwood FD, Chappaqua FD, Chappaqua VAC, New Castle PD, officials from the Town of New Castle, and members of our community gathered at the Gedney Park September 11th Memorial for the annual service. This yearly ceremony gives us the opportunity to honor and remember those lost in the tragedy that happened 21 years ago.
