22 years ago, nearly 3,000 lives were lost in less than 2 hours. This included 343 FDNY firefighters and EMS personnel, 23 NYPD officers, 37 PAPD officers. Today, we remember the innocent lives lost, and will never forget the heroes who risked it all to protect our nation and our freedom.

The annual September 11th Memorial Ceremony will take place at 6pm at Gedney Park if weather permits, and will take place at Millwood FD Station #1 (100 Millwood Road) in case of bad weather.
