A busy Friday and Satuday for Millwood FD!

Beginning just before 9:15am Friday morning, Millwood FD was dispatched to a reported smoke condition in a home on Overlook Road with a mutual aid engine from Briarcliff Manor FD and the FASTeam from Ossining FD. Beginning around 7:30pm last night, Millwood FD Tanker 15 was special requested to respond mutual aid for Ardsley FD to standby with them in their district due to a major water main break that impacted hydrants throughout Ardsley. Car 2251 (Chief Raguso) and Tanker 15 stood-by in Ardsley until 1am this morning.

At 6:45 this morning, Millwood Rescue 36 was requested as the mutual aid cascade unit to Sleepy Hollow FD on a working structure fire. Millwood FD units operated on scene for 30 minutes before returning to service.

While Car 2252 and Tanker 15 were in Pleasantville, Millwood FD was dispatched to a reported car fire on Hardscrabble Road.
